It’s Benefit Horse Show Time Again !
Once again, the members of the Board of Property are asking you to support a Benefit Horse Show. Last year’s show was a great success and generated more than $2500 for our church and parsonage repair fund. Thrivent Financial for Lutherans also provides matching funds for the event.
There are several ways that you can participate. One is to share in the sponsorship of this event.. A sponsorship costs $15 and covers the costs of ribbons and awards that are given out to the exhibitors who place in their events. You can also sponsor two events for a reduced price of $25.00 At the horse show, a program will include the list of names of those who have supported the show with their donations. You may share a full sponsorship with another church member, friend or family member.
The other way to show your support for the show would be to help at Achin’ Acres Farm on the day of the show. There is a refreshment booth, and an entry booth, and many other small jobs that need to be done. Many hands make light work, and many hands are needed.
