1. You must be 18 years or older to participate
2. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Donation for the 50/50 Raffle is $25.00 (Check with your tax advisor to ability to claim as charitable donation.)
4. The winner is responsible for any taxes associated with the winning of the Raffle.
5. 25% will be withheld from cash prize for any payout more than $5,000.00.
6. IRS for W2G will be furnished to the IRS.
7. The winner will be posted on our website, www.HTLC.org
8. The winner will be determined via a random drawing on August 31, 2008. If not present, the winner will be notified by phone and/or mail. 
9. ALL PROCEEDS, LESS PRIZES AND EXPENSES BENEFIT HOLY TRINITY LUTHERAN CHURCH AND ITS MISSIONS.
10. If more than one name appears on a ticket, the prize will be awarded to the first name and be listed as the official entrant.
11. Purchasers of raffle tickets must legibly write their names on each raffle ticket. If the stub that is drawn is not legible, the ticket will not be eligible and another ticket will be drawn.
12. The prize must be picked up, there is no delivery. The winner must pick up the prize within 30 days or the prize will be forfeited.

MAIL IN PROCEDURE:

You may mail in your $25.00 check for each ticket. Insure that your name, address, and correct phone number appear on the check. Entry must be received 10 days prior to drawing.

NON NEGOTIABLE INSTRUMENT; If your check is NSF (non-sufficient funds), your ticket will be removed from drawing and not be eligible for prizes.
